My name is Christa Krewel. I am a communications consultant for food topics. People and their inner movements matter to me. My offer is broad and yet it has one common denominator: communication. Both, in PR and communication between people, as well as in business coaching of individual professionals.

My overview is wide and goes deep. For 30 years, I have been working as a communications consultant with German press, international and German food manufacturers and German food retailers. My passion is for all topics of modern food and the people who deal with them every day.

Personal reasons led me to mental-emotional communication. If something gets out of balance in stressful everyday working life, our well-being, our satisfaction and our ability to work are easily overloaded. Those who can consciously deal with their own emotions will be able to gain clarity, prevent and strengthen their own resilience. Emotionally intelligent support and empathetic development of employees are fit for the future. I take care of the appropriate communication.
